  • soils Sourced from young vineyards growing in sandy-loamy soils with some clay content.
  • vinification Normal vatting. We do a cold pre-fermentation maceration of 6 hours at 5ºC. Partial bleeding of the vat. This free-run juice is fermented clean at a temperature of 14ºC. After the alcoholic fermentation has been completed in stainless steel vats, the wine is racked into another vat, where it stays 2 months in contact with its fine lees with periodic stirrings.

sensory analysis
  • Colour: a clean, very bright wine with strawberry tones. An abundance of tears on the inside of the glass reflecting the wine’s density.
  • Nose: primary fruit aromas reminiscent of the grapes in their most fruity phase.
  • Paladate: structured and full with a light fizz that provides the wine with nice freshness.
