  • soils Sourced from young vineyards growing in sandy-loamy soils with gravel and some clay content.
  • vinification Hand-harvested, sorting of bunches, 36 hours cold soak followed by 18 days of alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skins in French oak vats (Barrel-Box). The malolactic fermentation is done in stainless steel vats.

sensory analysis
  • Colour: a deep-black-red colour with a light purple rim.
  • Nose: all the aromatic expression of the Tinta de Toro grape comes through on the nose. A fresh, very fruity wine reminiscent of black fruits, such as blackberries and raspberries.
  • Paladate: a well-structured wine, full with body and a silky mouth-feel.
